Privacy Policy

Faith Forged Digital collects only the information needed to respond to project inquiries, support requests, and active client work, plus basic measurements of how visitors use this website.

Information We Collect

When you submit a project or support form, we may collect your name, business or organization name, email address, phone number, website, Client ID, service request, project notes, and any message you choose to send.

How We Use It

• To respond to your request.
• To create or manage client records, projects, and support tickets.
• To keep internal notes for active work, follow-up, and service history.
• To improve our website, services, and client workflows.

Where It Is Stored

Requests and client records may be stored in the Faith Forged Digital admin system and connected services such as Supabase, Vercel, and GitHub when those services are part of a client project.

Website Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and understand how people find and use our pages: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived (for example from a search or a social post), the general region and type of device, and whether a contact form was sent or a phone or email link was tapped. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. It does not store your IP address, and we have turned off Google signals and ad personalization, so this data is not used to target ads to you. We do not send names, email addresses or form contents to Google Analytics. The admin system and invoice payment pages are not measured.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on every website with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Security and Encryption

We build on infrastructure providers that carry independent security certifications, and we layer our own protections on top. The list below reflects the protections in place as published by each provider.

Encryption in transit

• Every page and form submission on this site is served over HTTPS using TLS, with certificates issued and renewed automatically by Vercel.
• We send HTTP Strict Transport Security headers, so browsers refuse to connect to this site over an unencrypted connection.
• Traffic between our application and our database is encrypted in transit.

Encryption at rest

• Client records, inquiries, and support tickets are stored in Supabase, which encrypts stored data at rest using AES-256 on its underlying cloud infrastructure.
• Database backups are encrypted using the same standard.
• API keys, database credentials, and other secrets are stored as encrypted environment variables in Vercel, never in our source code.

Our infrastructure providers

• Vercel hosts this site and our application. Vercel maintains SOC 2 Type II certification and provides automatic TLS, a global edge network, and DDoS mitigation.
• Supabase stores our data on managed PostgreSQL. Supabase maintains SOC 2 Type II certification, runs on AWS infrastructure, and supports Row Level Security so records are only reachable by authorized roles.
• Stripe processes any payments. Stripe is certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider. Card numbers are entered directly with Stripe — we never see, handle, or store full payment card details.
• Cloudflare Turnstile screens our public forms for automated abuse without using tracking cookies or advertising profiles.

Application safeguards

• Our admin system requires an account to sign in. Sessions use signed, HttpOnly, Secure cookies that scripts in the browser cannot read.
• We send a Content Security Policy and related browser security headers to limit cross-site scripting and clickjacking.
• Public forms are rate limited and screened for automated submissions.

What we cannot promise

No website, service, or method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We take the measures described above seriously, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through our contact or support forms. If you believe you have found a security issue with our site, email support@faithforgeddigital.com and we will look into it.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers only when needed to host, build, support, or maintain your project.
