Churches and ministries
Church website design in South Carolina.
A first-time visitor should find your service time, your address and what to expect inside ten seconds. Most church websites bury all three. We build the ones that don't.
- From $1,500
- Online giving
- Your team updates it
The person your website is actually for
Your members already know when you meet. The website is not for them. It is for the person who moved here last month, or who has not been to a church in fifteen years, and who is sitting in their car on a Saturday night deciding whether to walk in tomorrow.
That person wants four things: what time, where, what happens when I get there, and will I be the only one dressed like this. If they cannot find those in a few seconds, they close the tab. Every church site we build answers all four before anything else on the page.
What you get
- Service times and directions on the front page, not buried on a contact page three clicks in
- An honest what to expect section, including how long the service runs and what people actually wear
- Online giving, connected to whichever processor you already use
- A sermon archive that keeps working when you switch video platforms
- An events calendar your office staff update, without calling us
- Ministry and small group pages, so people can find the one that fits them
- Staff and leadership pages, which are read far more than most churches expect
If you want your team managing more of it directly, that is the Premier package. The services page breaks down what sits in each one.
Online giving, handled honestly
We connect the giving processor you already use rather than moving you to a new one for the sake of it. Switching processors means re-entering every recurring gift, and recurring givers who have to re-enter a card often do not.
If you do not have a processor yet, we will lay out the real per-transaction cost of the common options and let you pick. We do not take a cut of what you receive, and we will not build you a system where leaving us means losing your giving history.
What it costs
Our Basic package starts at $1,500 one-time, plus care and hosting from $199 a month. Premier, which adds a content system you edit yourself and a private console, starts at $3,500 plus care from $299 a month. Larger builds are quoted to scope, and you get the real figure in writing before you agree to anything. The full pricing is on the home page.
We know what church budgets look like. If the honest answer is that you need a simple four-page site rather than everything above, we will tell you that and price it accordingly rather than selling you the larger build.
What we don't do
- We don't take a percentage of your giving. You pay for the build and the care plan, and nothing else.
- We don't build on WordPress, Wix or Squarespace. If a template genuinely fits what you need, we will say so rather than sell you a custom build.
- We don't replace your church management system. If you use one for membership or giving records, we connect to it rather than trying to be it.
- We don't lock you into a contract. Care plans run month to month, and the site transfers to you at launch either way.
Questions
What people ask before they start.
More on the process pageYes, and we connect whichever processor you already use rather than moving you to a new one. Switching means every recurring giver has to re-enter a card, and a good number of them never do. If you do not have one yet, we will lay out what the common options actually cost per gift and let you choose.
No. You pay for the build and the care plan, and nothing else. What comes in through giving goes to you, minus only what your payment processor charges, which goes to them and not to us.
Your office staff or whoever handles communications. That is built to be edited by a normal person without touching code, because a church calendar that requires a phone call to update is a calendar that goes stale by March.
Tell us the number. Some churches need four honest pages rather than the full build, and we would rather scope it down and say so than sell you something larger. If we genuinely cannot help at your budget, we will say that too instead of stretching.
Yes. We build the archive so it keeps working if you change video platforms later, which churches do more often than they expect. The sermons stay yours and stay findable rather than living only on a platform you might leave.
No. We are a Christian company and we say so plainly, but the work is building you a website that serves your congregation and the visitors looking for you. We are not there to weigh in on your doctrine.
Carefully, and it is worth deciding before launch rather than after. Our default is no child's name next to their photo, no photos in any post that reveals a schedule or location, and a simple way for a parent to have a picture removed quickly. We will set the policy up with you and build the site to match it.
Almost never. Apps have to be downloaded, and most congregations will not, so you end up maintaining something a small fraction of people use. A fast website that works properly on a phone reaches everyone, including the visitor who has never heard of you.
