Those are starting numbers rather than the whole story, because a five-page site for a service business and a fifty-page site for a school are not the same job. Indexing usually takes a few days to a few weeks after launch, and we submit the site to Google rather than waiting to be found. Where you rank after that depends on your competition, your reviews and how close the searcher is to you, so we will not promise a position. What we control is that the site is fast, structured correctly and connected to your Google Business Profile at launch.
You take everything. Code, content, database and hosting accounts are yours at launch, not held back as leverage, and care plans run month to month so there is nothing to cancel out of. We would rather you stay because the work is good.
